On the day transportation

For those staying at the Hyatt and Francis Marion, we will have transportation to and from the venue at the below times. For those staying elsewhere, we suggest organizing an uber in advance. There is also parking onsite at the venue. 3:50pm- Francis Marion Pick up (pick up will be on Calhoun Street)4:15pm- Hyatt Pick up (pick up will be on King Street)

Accommodation

If you know you are attending, we recommend booking your hotel / accommodation as soon as possible to get the best rates. We have secured 12 rooms on a first-come, first-serve basis at the Hyatt Place, and 10 rooms at the Francis Marion. If the rooms sell out with our discount, we can reach out to the hotel and inquire about adding more rooms, but we can't guarantee that they will be available at this rate. AirBnB

There are an abundance of Airbnbs downtown. We recommend staying as close to King Street as possible to have easy access to bars and restaurants.

Transportation

The best airport is Charleston International Airport. Connections through all major airport hubs. Taxis, Uber and Lyft all operate in Charleston.

Charleston is an incredible city to visit, and October/November is one of the best periods to experience the Holy City. One of the oldest cities in America, Charleston was established in 1670 by the British and named Charles Town in honour of King Charles II. It was a merchant city, which brought with it different styles of architecture and culture, which has been carefully maintained throughout the city. There are so many unique locations you can go visit in Charleston - from areas of natural beauty, to stunning beaches, to historically important and unique heritage sites. Charleston is also a foodie town, highly regarded internationally, with several award winning chefs in residence.
